Charles F. Epperson Jr. HPROA Member passed away on Monday, March 11, 2013. He joined Police Academy Class #38 on May 6, 1968. During his career, he had been assigned to the Southeast Division and the Employee Services Division. He retired on April 24, 2004. Officer Epperson is survived by his wife, Mrs. Barbara Epperson.
