William J. “Buddy” Willard, HPROA Member passed away Wednesday,
November 20, 2013. Officer Willard joined the Department October 21, 1963
as a member of Academy Class # 29. During his career, Buddy was assigned
to Special Operations and Auto Theft. He retired March 26, 1994.
The body is entrusted to Phillip and Luckey Funeral Home 404 West Buck Street

Visitation for family and friends will be Saturday, November 23, 2013 from 4:00
until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Funeral Services will be held Sunday, November 24, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Black
Jack Baptist Church, 7866 County Road 301 Rockdale, Texas 76567. Burial will follow.
