Cecil N. Morton HPROA Member, passed away on Friday, November 29,
2013. He joined Police Academy Class #2 on November 16, 1948, and
retired after serving over 31 years on May 2, 1980. At the time of his
retirement he was assigned to the Traffic Point Control. He is survived
by two daughters, Brenda Morton and Shelia Morton. Officer Morton was
preceded in death in 1994 by his wife, Shelia Morton.
