James H. Legg, HPROA member,  passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2014.  He joined Police Academy Class #28 on May 20, 1963.  He retired while assigned to the Northwest Division on March 22, 1991.  Officer Legg was preceded in death by his wife, Gwendolyn Legg, who passed away on December 28, 2013.
