Thomas W. Sandel, HPROA member, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2014. Officer Sandel joined the Department September 8, 1958 as a member of Academy Class 14 and retired December 15, 1978. Thomas is survived by his daughter Margaret Gardener; son and daughter-in-law Tommy and Carla Sandel; daughter Wendy Fuller; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents William and Marguerite Sandel and step-son Billy Ritcher.
