Jesse Foroi Jr., A member of the HPROA passed away Saturday morning, 12-6-14, at his home in north Houston. He joined Police Academy Class #20 on December 29, 1958. During his career, he served at the Jail Division, Air Support Division and the Traffic/Accident Division. He retired on July 16, 2003. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Foroi on May 28, 2014. He is survived by his grandchildren, Anthony and Stefanie, his great-granddaughter, Hannah Hall and was a mentor of Sergeant Lyman Ross assigned to the Vehicular Crimes Division.
