John W. Haines, 82, A member of the HPROA passed away on Friday, April 22, 2016. He joined Police Academy Class #20 on December 29, 1958, and retired while last assigned to the Homicide Division on February 16, 1988. He is survived by his wife, Barbara F. Haines.
The body is entrusted with Cashner Funeral Home, 801 Teas Road, Conroe, Texas 77303, telephone number (936) 756-2126. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, April 24, 2016, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held within the Main Chapel of Cashner Funeral Home on Monday, April 25, 2016, at 3:00 p.m.
Burial will follow at Cashner Cemetery, Conroe, Texas.
