Harold “Bubba” Hannah, Jr. A member of the HPROA passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at the age of 87. He joined the Houston Police Department on November 16, 1953, Academy Class #10. During his career with the Department, he was assigned to the Community Services Division and the Personnel Division. Police Officer Hannah served as the Department’s Chaplain from 1977 to 1984. He retired on February 25, 1984.
