Brian T. Surginer A member of the HPROA passed away on Friday, August 25, 2017, at the age of 59. He joined the Houston Police Department on July 2, 1979, Academy Class #87. During his career with the Department, he was assigned to the Southwest Division, Westside Division, and the Vice Division. Senior Police Officer Surginer retired on January 2, 2016.
