James E. Tipton:(2-19-19 nf) HPROA member James Tipton
passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at the age of 88. James was a U.S. Navy veteran. He joined the the Houston Police Dept. on April 28, 1958 Academy class #18 and retired on March 2, 1992. He was predeceased by his wife Leona Tipton.
