Ronald R. Lill, a member of the HPROA passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at the age of 72. He is survived by his wife, Mavis G. Lill. Sergeant Lill joined the Houston Police Department on January 17, 1977, Academy Class #77 and was also a Veteran of the United States Air Force. During his career, he was assigned to the Northwest Division and the Southeast Division. He was last assigned to the Northwest Division until his retirement on May 10, 1997.
