James A. Babb, Retired Sergeant, passed away on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at the age of 53. He was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He joined the Houston Police Department on October 5, 1989, Academy Class #136. During his career with the Houston Police Department he was assigned to the Westside Division, Community Services Division, Office of Public Affairs and Field Operations, retiring on December 10, 2011.
