Sergeant Thomas E Young assigned to the Eastside Division passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, at the age of 42. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Katherine S. Young. Sergeant Young joined the Houston Police Department on April 16, 2012, Academy Class #213. During his career with the department, he was assigned to the Southeast Division and Clear Lake Division.

A visitation will be held before a memorial service at Peevey Funeral Home on Thursday, November 19, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Memorial services will begin at 7:00 p.m.
