Retired Police Officer and HPROA Member Carl Travis Lee passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021, at the age of 85. He is survived by his wife Mary C. Lee. He joined the Houston Police Department on March 4, 1957, Academy Class #16. During his tenure with the department, he was assigned to the Patrol Bureau and the Dispatcher’s Office. Police Officer Lee retired on May 24, 1982.

A visitation will be held at Corinth Baptist Church, 207 Church Road, Magee, Mississippi 39111 (601) 849-2795, on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery, 207 Church Road, Magee, Mississippi 39111 (601) 849-2795.
