Kenneth C. Ross A member of the hPROA passed away on Friday, March 31, 2017 at the age of 82. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife, Beverly J. Ross. He joined the Houston Police Department on December 28, 1959, Academy Class #23. Officer Ross retired on January 7, 1983.
