Paul Beeman: HPROA member Paul W. Beeman, Jr., 79, of Coldspring, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2013. He joined Police Academy Class #17 on September 16, 1957. He was last assigned to the Downtown Jail and retired on March 30, 1983. Sergeant Beeman served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict before joining the department. Paul is survived by his wife of 47 years, Maria, son, Daemon Beeman, and daughter, Brenda Kalous.
