Joe R. Williams, Jr passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2014. Sergeant Williams joined the Department October 14, 1957 as a member of Academy Class #20 and retired September 9, 1994 while last assigned to the Robbery Division. He is survived by his wife Judy Williams.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at St. John Lutheran Church, 15235 Spring
