James K. Campbell, 60, HPROA member passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2016. He joined Police Academy Class #104, on March 22, 1982. He was a veteran of the United States Army. During his career, he served at the Northeast Division, Traffic/Accident Division, Tactical Operations Division, Robbery Division and the Major Offenders Division. He retired on February 1, 2003. After retirement he served as an Investigator for the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. Officer Campbell is survived by his wife, Carmen Campbell.

Funeral services will be held within the Main Chapel of Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home on Thursday, February 11, 2016, at 2:00 p.m.
Burial will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, Houston, Texas.
