Floyd Stokes Brewton A member of the HPROA passed away, on Thursday, January 19, 2017, at the age of 89. He is survived by his wife, Marvice C. Brewton. He joined the Houston Police Department on December 6, 1961, Academy Class #25. Police Officer Brewton retired on March 5, 1982.
