Larry H. Williams, Deputy Administrator of the Identification Division (Ret.) passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2017, at the age of 67. He is survived by his wife Debra L. Williams. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He joined the Houston Police Department on November 13, 1972, as a Clerk II. On September 12, 1977, he started Academy Class #BC1. He was promoted to Deputy Administrator on June 17, 1995. He retired on June 20, 2015.
