Larry H. Williams A member of the hPPROA passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2017, at the age of 67. He is survived by his wife Debra L. Williams. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He joined the Houston Police Department on November 13, 1972, as a Clerk II. On September 12, 1977, he started Academy Class #BC1. Lieutenant Williams retired on June 20, 2015.
