Thomas L. Schulte a members of the HPROA passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2017, at the age of 63. He is survived by his wife, Paula L. Schulte. He joined the Houston Police Department on January 22, 1973, Academy Class #58. During his career in the department, he was assigned to the Central, Southwest, and Special Operations Divisions. Senior Police Officer Schulte retired on January 23, 2010.

A Funeral Service will be held at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church, 11507 Huffmeister Road, Houston, Texas 77065 (281) 469-5533 on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 starting at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Klein Memorial Park Spring, 9714 FM 2920, Tomball, Texas 77375 (281) 320-2674.
