Billy Steve Turner, a member of the HPROA, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the age of 88. He is survived by his wife Zelda L. Turner. He joined the Houston Police Department on April 3, 1950, Academy Class #4. Detective Turner retired on March 2, 1978 from the Burglary and Theft Division.

Funeral Services will be held at Franklin Church of Christ on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Bald Prairie Cemetery, Robertson County, Texas.
