Stephen W. Authier, A member of the HPROA, passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at the age of 56. He is survived by his wife Rosalinda Authier. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He joined the Houston Police Department on September 3, 1985, Academy Class #131. During his career with the department, Senior Police Officer Authier was assigned to the Northeast, Emergency Communications, Clear Lake, Burglary and Theft, and Southeast Divisions, retiring on July 19, 2014.
