Sherwood “Tom” Bradshaw, Member of HPROA, Retired Police Officer and Forensic Photographer Supervisor passed away on Monday, January 22, 2018, at the age of 80. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He joined the Houston Police Department on June 30, 1969, Academy Class #BC1. During his career as a Police Officer, he was assigned to the Identification Division and the Crime Lab. Police Officer Bradshaw retired on January 22, 1994. He came back to work for the department on November 2, 1994 as a Police Service Officer and Forensic Photographer, assigned to the Crime Lab and Identification Division. He retired as a Forensic Photographer Supervisor on January 8, 2005.
The body is entrusted with Callaway Allee Funeral Home, 700 East Houston Avenue, Crockett, Texas 75835 (936) 544-2244. A visitation will be held at Callaway Allee Funeral Home on Thursday, January 25, 2018, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Funeral Services will be held at Callaway Allee Funeral Home on Friday, January 26, 2018, starting at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park, 1601 North 4th Street, Crockett, Texas 75835 (936) 544-5713.
