Arthur Loukas , HPROA member, passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2018, at the age of 93. He is survived by his wife Charlotte F. Loukas. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He joined the Houston Police Department on February 23, 1953, Academy Class #9. During his career with the department he was assigned to Central, Southwest, and Westside Divisions, retiring on June 30, 1989.
