William Joseph Spaulding Jr., an HPROA member, passed away on Thursday, May 31, 2018, at the age of 87. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Spaulding. Officer William Joseph Spaulding Jr, was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He joined the Houston Police Department on March 04, 1957, Academy Class #16. During his career with the department, he was assigned to the Traffic/Accident Division and North Division until his retirement on March 11, 2000.
