Jack Arthur Miller Past President of the HPROA Jack Miller passed away on Friday, August 3, 2018, at the age of 83. He is survived by his wife Pam K. Miller. He joined the Houston Police Department on April 28, 1958, Academy Class #18. During his career with the department, he was assigned to the Traffic/Accident Division, Juvenile Division, Communication Services Division, Employment Services Division and Special Operations Division, retiring on August 25, 1988. Sergeant Jack A. Miller is the father of Sergeant Mark A. Miller, assigned to the Westside Division.
