Ernest Mireles, Retired Senior Police Officer and member of the HPROA, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2020, at the age of 60. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Christine D. Mireles. Officer Mireles joined the Houston Police Department on June 28, 1982, Academy Class #106. During his career with the department, he was assigned to the Jail Division and the Central Patrol Division until his retirement on February 9, 2019.
