Curtis R. Brown Retired Sergeant  passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at the age of 66. He is a Veteran of the United States Army. He is survived by his wife, Shawnda Lea Brown. He joined the Houston Police Department on November 22, 1976, Academy Class #76. During his career with the department, he was assigned to the Northwest, Jail, South Central, and North Divisions.
