Annettia V. Royal, Retired Senior Police Officer passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, at the age of 62. She joined the Houston Police Department on December 14, 1981, Academy Class #102. During her career with the department, she was assigned to the Central and South Central Divisions. Senior Police Officer Royal retired on October 21, 2003. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
