Kevin M. O’Brien, Retired Sergeant and member of the HPROA
passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2020, at the age of 63. He was a Veteran of the United States Army. He joined the Houston Police Department on November 15, 1982, Academy Class #109. During his tenure with the department, he was assigned to the Central, Eastside, and South Central Divisions. He entered Phase Down A on December 31, 2016. Sergeant O’Brien retired on November 2, 2019.
