Wilfred W. Bell, Retired Police Officer,  passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2018, at the age of 84. He is survived by his wife Beverly Ann Bell. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He joined the Houston Police Department on May 1, 1967, Academy Class #35. During his career with the department, Police Officer Bell was assigned to the Jail, South Central, and Central Divisions, retiring on May 3, 1997.
