David E. Hagler, Retired Police Officer, passed away on Friday, June 23, 2017, at the age of 83. He is survived by his wife Connie E. Hagler. He is a Veteran of the U.S. Army and the Texas National Guard. He joined the Houston Police Department on September 14, 1959, Academy Class #22. During his career with the Department, he was assigned to the Patrol Division, Jail Division, and the Police Garage Division. Police Officer Hagler retired on January 4, 1980.
