Jimmie J. Schielack, Retired Police Officer, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2020, at the age of 79. He is preceded in death by his wife Margie Schielack. He is survived by his granddaughter Police Officer Cassandra M. Lott, assigned to the Internal Affairs Division and grandson-in-law Police Officer Travis D. Lott, assigned to the Narcotics Division. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy. He joined the Houston Police Department on November 12, 1963, Academy Class #29. During his tenure with the department, he was assigned to the Special Operations, Jail, Emergency Communications, Central, Air Support, Vice, Employment Services, Southeast, and Eastside Divisions. Police Officer Schielack retired on February 2, 1988.
