Lieutenant Tuan H Nguyen, assigned to the Emergency Communications Division, passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2020, at the age of 60. His wife, Dao M. Nguyen, survives him. He was a Veteran of the United States Army. He joined the Houston Police Department on April 10, 1995, Academy Class #163. During his tenure with the department, he was assigned to the Southeast Division, South Central Division, Juvenile Division, Night Command and Security Operations, Airport Hobby Division, and Downtown Division.
