Retired Sergeant Bruce W Westbrook passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at the age of 75. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sarah P. Westbrook. Sergeant Westbrook, who was also a Veteran of the United States Navy, began his law enforcement career on July 9, 1979 with the City of Houston Airport Police Department. On November 20, 1992, the Airport Police Department merged with the Houston Police Department where Sergeant Westbrook was assigned to the Airport Division – Hobby until his retirement on October 6, 2007.
