Retired Senior Police Officer Richard Sepolio Sr, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at the age 71. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Debra Sepolio. He was a Veteran of the United States Army. He joined the Houston Police Department on January 19, 1976, Academy Class #73. During his tenure with the department, he was assigned to the Jail and Southeast Divisions. He is the father of Sergeant Richard Sepolio Jr., assigned to the Southeast Division and Senior Police Officer Eric Sepolio, assigned to the Narcotics Division. He is also the father-in-law of Sergeant Robert Speckman, assigned to the Narcotics Division.

A visitation will be held before the Funeral Service at Heights Baptist Church, 1591 County Road 144, Alvin, Texas 77511 (281) 331-8201, on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The Funeral Service will start at 11:00 a.m. COVID-19 social distancing guidelines will be followed. Burial will follow at Confederate Cemetery, 998 Dickinson Road, Alvin, Texas 77511.
