The HPROA Family Assistance Committee (FAC) looks out for the well-being of our members and their families. We try and keep all of our members informed when there is a member who is ill or declining in health. We make phone calls and visits to our ailing members and ask for prayers or visits from old friends when requested. We can also provide medical resources when circumstances are such that one of our members cannot obtain much needed equipment. All of this work is done by volunteers. Members give their time for the greater good of all our members. We need volunteers who have experience with public speaking and can represent the HPROA at our member’s funerals. In addition we need our younger retirees to help move or deliver medical equipment, like hospital beds, wheelchairs and walkers.
