John W. "Jack" Harris, HPROA Director, passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2014. He joined Police Academy Class number 65 on June 10, 1974. During his he career he served in the Northwest Division, Jail Division Central Division and Traffic Enforcement. He is survived by his wife, Caren Harris and children, Jared Harris and Jacey Harris.

Funeral services will be held within the Main Chapel of Klein Funeral Home on Thursday, February 27, 2014, at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, 1101 Antoine, Houston, Texas.
