John Martin Fisher, a member of the HPROA passed away Sunday, November 29, 2015. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He Joined the Houston Police Department as a cadet in Academy Class #41 on June 2, 1969. He was last assigned to the Northeast Division, retiring on April 13, 2002. He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Yvone Fisher.
