Jack Wess Talley, A member of the HPROA passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2016, at the age of 90. He joined the Houston Police Department on January 12, 1948, Academy Class #1. Detective Talley retired on June 22, 1970, while assigned to the Robbery Division.
