Dean X. Ryan A member of the HPROA, passed away on Monday, February 26, 2018, at the age of 65. He is survived by his wife Beverly Ryan. He joined the Houston Police Department on August 21, 1972, Academy Class #56. He was assigned to the Northeast Division throughout his whole career with the department. Police Officer Ryan retired on April 4, 1998.
