Oscar W. Farrell, A member of the HPROA, passed away on Monday, September 17, 2018, at the age of 81. He is survived by his wife, Mary G. Farrell. He joined the Houston Police Department on November 16, 1970, Academy Class #47. During his career with the department, he was assigned to the Northwest, Southeast, North and Vice Divisions. Officer Farrell retired on April 26, 1991.
