James E. Klein, Jr.,  Retired Senior Police Officer passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2020, at the age of 68. He joined the Houston Police Department on November 22, 1976, Academy Class #76. During his career with the department, he was assigned to the Traffic and Accident, Crime Analysis, North, and Inspections Divisions. Officer Klein retired on March 21, 2009.
