Charles C. Sheffield, IV  Retired Senior Police Officer, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2019, at the age of 59. He joined the Houston Police Department on November 3, 1980, Class #94. During his career with the department, he was assigned to the Central, Northeast, Jail, Special Operations, and Burglary & Theft Divisions. Senior Police Officer Sheffield retired on March 11, 2006.
