James H. Krouse, Retired Police Officer,  passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at the age of 74. He was preceded in death by his wife Ethel R. Krouse. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He joined the Houston Police Department on August 20, 1973, Academy Class #61. During his career with the department, Police Officer Krouse was assigned to the Jail Division and the North Division, retiring on January 15, 1994.
