Retired Sergeant and HPROA Member Wilton J Fish passed away on Friday, December 18, 2020, at the age of 90. He was a Veteran of the United States Army. He joined the Houston Police Department on September 16, 1957, Academy Class #17. During his tenure with the department, he was assigned to the Accident, Traffic Point Control, Dispatchers, and Special Operations Divisions. Sergeant Fish retired on February 5, 1983.
