Retired Police Officer Oscar W Dubose passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2021, at the age of 74. He is a Veteran of the United Sates Navy. He is survived by his wife, Patsy Dubose. He joined the Houston Police Department on November 11, 1974, Academy Class #67. During his tenure with the department, he was assigned to the Jail Division and Northwest Division. Police Officer Dubose retired on March 18, 1995.
