Donald J. McWilliams HPROA member. passed away on Monday, September 19, 2016, at the age of 80. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Eleonor McWilliams. He joined the Houston Police Department on September 16, 1957, Academy Class #17. During his career with the Houston Police Department, Lieutenant McWilliams was assigned to the Traffic and Accident Division, Burglary and Theft Division, Internal Affairs Division, and Robbery Division, retiring on February 11, 1995.
